Green Eggs and Ham (Minus the Ham)

When I was little, I recall my mom making green eggs and ham. I'm not sure if it was on St. Patrick's Day or not, but it seemed appropriate to give it a try this morning. I remember myself not wanting to eat it in it's non-normal colored state, but the boys were thrilled! Not a bite was left on their plates.
